VivyaCRM is priced per user per month, billed monthly or annually. Each plan — Team, Business, and Enterprise — includes multi-company support and AI features, with different limits on companies, AI minutes, and governance levels. Enterprise pricing is custom-quoted based on your number of seats, companies, and usage requirements. Annual billing is available on all plans.
A user is any named person with a login — whether they work in sales, support, customer success, leadership, or administration. A company is a distinct entity under your organization, such as a subsidiary, brand, franchise location, or client account in an agency or BPO setup. Each plan includes a maximum number of companies per organization as shown in the pricing table above.
All paid plans include the multi-company organization → company → user model, database row-level security (RLS) and role-based access control, core CRM entities (leads, deals, contacts, accounts, activities), AI-powered lead qualification and call transcription with usage limits, and a unified activity timeline across sales and support. Higher plans unlock more companies, advanced analytics, conversation coaching, and dedicated support.
Each plan includes a pooled amount of AI call analysis minutes shared across all users in your organization each month. Team includes 500 minutes, Business includes 2,000 minutes, and Enterprise plans offer unlimited or custom allocations. If you consistently exceed your limit, you can upgrade your plan or discuss custom options with our team — there are no surprise overage charges without your agreement.
Yes. You can move from Team to Business or Enterprise whenever you're ready. When you upgrade, the price difference is prorated and new features are available immediately. For annual contracts, downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle. If your number of users or companies is changing, contact our sales team and we'll help you choose the right tier.
We offer a 14-day free trial on Team and Business plans — no credit card required. You get full access to every feature in the plan so you can evaluate it with real data. We also offer discounted pricing for qualified startups and non-profit organizations. Contact our sales team to learn more about pilot programs or special pricing for your organization.
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. During that window you can export everything — contacts, deals, conversations, and reports — in standard formats. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
